Tracee Darby, Esquire
Attorney Tracee Darby received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Jackson State University in 1996 and she received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2000.
Attorney Darby was admitted to the Mississippi Bar Association in September 2000. In June 2000, she became a staff attorney for Central Mississippi Legal Services, Inc. From 2001 until 2010, Attorney Darby served as the staff attorney for a bankruptcy trustee, and since 2004, she has also been engaged in the general practice of law. During her years of experience, Attorney Darby has handled thousands of bankruptcy cases through her representation of clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases, and her duties as staff attorney for a Chapter 13 Trustee; she has settled personal injury cases for her clients ranging from four to six figure settlements, with some involving eighteen wheelers; she has handled numerous divorce cases (contested and uncontested), as well as numerous child support and visitation cases. Attorney Darby has also served as a staff attorney for Young Williams Child Support Services.
